Galaxy Tab 10.1 released as planned by Samsung

Samsung said a few days ago, on Saturday, that the next generation Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be released as planned and won’t be delayed in order to make improvements on it.

This message comes after Lee Don-joo, executive vice president of Samsung’s mobile division, announced a few days ago that Samsung “will have to improve the parts that are inadequate,”…”Apple made it very thin.”, in regards to the new announced Apple Ipad 2.

Even though there are no improvements coming on the way, such as expandable memory which was requested by many users, the price needs to be changed in order to have a chance in the tablet wars. Currently, the price of Ipad 2 starts at $499 and goes up to $829, compared to Galaxy Tab’s 10.1″ price which was first set by Vodafone Portugal to €699.90 ($977) off contract or €399($558) with contract in Spain.
