[Video] Asus EEEPad Transformer VS Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1…FIGHT!

For those of you craving for an bloody electrifying duel between the Asus EEEPad Transformer and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 then look no further! We stacked up these two Android tablets against one another, showing off what each one brings to the table. Ultimately, if you have been on the fence about which of these two Android tablets to get, our in-depth comparison will help you make a better informed decision. Check out our video after the break:

As you can see, each Honeycomb powered Android tablet is excellent in it’s within its own merit. Remember though, for the 16GB model of the Asus EEEPad Transformer or the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 you will see a price difference; $399 & $499, respectively. But whether you are looking for a sleek & sexy tablet like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 or a tablet that gives you more bang for your buck, such as the Asus EEEPad Transformer, each tablet is a contender for the title “Best Android Tablet!“…currently available on the market.

One feature that I failed to mention was that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 offers haptic feedback which is something that I long for on the Asus EEEPad Transformer. It’s nice to get some tactile feedback when maneuvering through the OS or to get a courtesy nudge when you get a notification. But is it enough to sway you away from what the Asus EEEPad Transformer has to offer? You be the judge! Let us know which Android tablet you’re going to pick up in the comments below!

7 out of 10 times I would choose the Samsung 10.1. However, if it is not available by mid July, I wil buy another tablet. Then the transformer is one of the contenders. If the Slider would be available by then, it would be an even bigger contender, but that tablet won’t be availabel either by mid July.
What is wrong with these companies that sell Android products. They want to beat Apple, but than they first come with inferior products or like the 10.1V without topselling features like SD and HDMI. And still they want the favour of the costumer and to beat Apple. This is not the way to do it. Everytime far behind the curve.

The Transformer has SD and HDMI ports so I’m not sure what you’re referring to. Besides, most people have little to no use for extra ports.

I know, but ‘the 10.1V (Samsung) without etc..’

Did you calibrate the screen intensities of both tablets or are they default from the factory?
If so, can you try lowering the brightness of the Transformer to see if the blacks and colors saturate a bit better?

Just saw on Androis community that the new Samsung 10.1 will not have a (micro) SD card expansion slot. Samsung, you just lost a potential customer. I like the P1000 very much, but also because of the extra’s. Motorola, ACER or ASUS, her I come.
