Windstream Communications said it will be adding the WiFi model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab (7-inch) to its lineup of electronic products effective July 19th.
As customers browse the online offerings of cameras, computers and other goods or visit the retail stores throughout most of the country (29 states), the Galaxy Tab will be competing for wallet share.
David Redmond, vice president of consumer marketing at Windstream, said: “The Galaxy WiFi model eliminates the need for Windstream customers to purchase a monthly wireless data plan and commit to a contract with a wireless carrier. The tablet also features a Social Hub allowing customers to integrate their email and favorite social networking sites.”
Windstream customers can purchase the Samsung Galaxy Tab for $369.99 or in six monthly installments of less than $62. Visit www.windstreamphones.com.
