Guess what? The German court that ruled against Samsung’s right to sell Galaxy Tabs in European Union countries had a change of heart.
A Düsseldorf district court said: “It is not clear if the court can forbid a company based in Korea to sell its products in other countries than Germany.”
This essentially means that Europeans will have the privilege to buy the new Galaxy Tabs but sale will still be banned in Germany.
How does Samsung feel?
“Samsung is fully committed to providing our innovative mobile devices to the market without disruption. We look forward to the opportunity to reassert our intellectual property rights at the hearing scheduled on August 25,” responded the digital leader.
