Retail outlets in the United Arab Emirates announced the availability of the Galaxy Tab 7.7 starting on January 17th.
Samsung continues to offer consumers in that region a wide choice in the mobile tablet market as it takes it’s place along with the Galaxy Tab 10.1, 8.9, 7.0 and 7.0 Plus.
Ashraf Fawakherji, General Manager of Telecommunication Group at Samsung Gulf Electronics reiterates the importance of the region: “At Samsung, we strive to be at the forefront of the Gulf’s tablet market. The launch of the Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a reflection of our commitment to providing a range to tablets to suit each Galaxy tablet user. Whether its size, functionality, speed, or features the consumer is looking for, Samsung has the product available.”
Weighing in at just 335 grams, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 is one of the most portable devices in the market. Combined with the latest 3.2 Honeycomb OS, a 1.4GHz dual core processor and Super AMOLED Plus technology, the thin, light, elegant tablet is bound to make a splash in the Gulf.
