The Gerechthof ‘s-Gravenhage court in The Hague dismissed Apple’s latest appeal that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 infringes on its design patents.

Apple was challenging a decision the Dutch court made in August 2011 favoring Samsung.

The Samsung team welcomed the positive outcome: “This ruling again demonstrates that Apple’s products simply do not warrant the intellectual property protections that it believes. Samsung will continue to take all appropriate measures, including legal action, to ensure continued consumer access to our innovative products.”
